We are very glad and proud, that our supporters are with international background and open-minded.
So we guarantee that our services are available to all children without discrimination, regardless of race, ethnic origin or religion.

August 2010 – Grace Pamba ODANGA besucht die MTOPANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Unterricht in der Mtopanga Primary School

Grace Pamba ODANGA, President of the NGO “Pamba Familia”, accompanied by her husband Arno R. RAINER meets Mrs. Dorine UYOGA, representing the NGO in Kenya (Costal Province) and the schoolgirls at Mtopanga Primary School on 16/08/2010.

It was a long awaited visit and Pamba Familia’s representatives had the big pleasure to welcome the girls teaching them on the use of sanitary pads and elaborating the advantages of it to their lives.

Grace empathetically worked out the fact that they don’t have to stay away from school anymore due to menstruation and that they can rely on future support.

Übergabe und Instruktion

After handing over the pads to the girls Mr. Harrison Mwabaya, Head Teacher of Mtopanga Primary School gave his appreciation to the support especially because the girls come from poor backgrounds.

This was just but a beginning and “Pamba Familia” looks forward to intensify its efforts and to take responsibility of constant supply of sanitary pads to the girls and their families!

Eine Schulklasse in Kenia

Our still young project kicks off at „MTOPANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL“ in Bamburi – Mombasa and the Project Manager for “Pamba Familia” is Mrs. Dorine Uyoga. She also works there as a teacher.
“MTOPANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL” is a public school and offers the opportunity to access knowledge mainly to children from simple and poor families.
Mrs. Uyoga knows her pupils very well and is very familiar with the problems encountered by the girls even though the average classroom number is about 80 pupils.

In total about 500 girls school at „MTOPANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL“.
